dc.description.abstractEste trabalho de final de curso traz em sua culminância o estudo realizado em uma escola pública em classe de integração inversa, portanto com estudantes com Necessidades Educacionais Específicas - NEEs, incluídos na turma, a partir da pesquisa PNAIC, realizada no âmbito do grupo de pesquisa CNPq/UnB/CEAM/CFORM, coordenado pela Profa Dra L. Dra A. Com base nos resultados desta pesquisa foi construído o objeto de estudo de final de curso, com elementos que instigaram questionamentos sobre a formação do(a) professor(a) para uma educação voltada para todos os estudantes, uma educação inclusiva. Assim que, o objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar, a partir da pesquisa mencionada, o papel da formação do (a) professor(a) favorecendo a participação efetiva de todos os estudantes no processo de aprendizagem, mais especificamente estratégias e recursos pedagógicos utilizados pela professora para trabalhar com todos os estudantes da turma,independente das suas necessidades educacionais especificas. O método, de abordagem qualitativa, buscou analisar as informações obtidas por meio de análise de documentos institucionais, questionários, entrevistas semiestruturada com o diretor, com a vice- diretora da escola e observações na sala de aula com a professora da turma. Os resultados obtidos, considerando os elementos identificados na pesquisa tais como: a dificuldade inicial da professora participante da pesquisa, a sua inquietação com a não participação da aluna com NEEs nas atividades da sala e com o reconhecimento da sua dificuldade para incluir a todos os estudantes nas atividades em sala de aula e finalmente, para compreender os resultados da pesquisa realizada em sua turma, que apontaram para a importância da organização do espaço físico da sala, da aprendizagem colaborativa, da utilização de diversos recursos e estratégias pedagógicas, assim como da necessária utilização de diversas estratégias de avaliação e da permanente escuta pedagógica dos estudantes que caracterizaram a prática pedagógica como inclusiva, mostrando a relevância da permanente formação do(a) professor(a) para trabalhar com a diversidade presente em sala de aula, considerando as singularidades das demandas educacionais dos estudantes. Ou seja, a formação que o capacite para trabalhar na perspectiva de uma educação voltada para todos os estudantes, independente das necessidades educacionais que apresentem, que serão sempre especificas e por isso mesmo devem ser consideradas especiais.pt_BR

dc.description.abstract1This end-of-course work brings to its culmination the study carried out in a public school in reverse integration class, therefore with students with Specific Educational Needs - NEEs, included in the class, from the PNAIC research, carried out within the scope of the research group CNPq / UnB / CEAM / CFORM, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Leila Chalub of the University of Brasilia and guided by Prof. Dra Amaralina Miranda de Souza. Based on the results of this research, the object of this final-year study was constructed, with elements that instigated questions about the teacher's formation for an education aimed at all students, an inclusive education. Thus, the general objective of this study was to analyze, from the aforementioned research, the extent to which teacher training favors the effective participation of all students in the learning process, more specifically strategies and pedagogical resources used By the teacher to work with all students in the class, regardless of their specific educational needs. The qualitative approach sought to analyze the information obtained through the analysis of institutional documents, questionnaires, semi-structured interviews with the director, the vice-principal of the school and observations in the classroom with the teacher of the regular class and with the Teacher of the multifunctional resource room. The results obtained, considering the elements identified in the research such as: the initial difficulty of the teacher participating in the research, her concern about the non participation of the student with NEE in the classroom activities and the recognition of its difficulty to include all students In classroom activities and finally, to understand the results of the research carried out in his class that pointed to the importance of the organization of the physical space of the room, collaborative learning, the use of various resources and pedagogical strategies in the class, as well as the necessary The use of several assessment strategies and the permanent pedagogical listening of the students that characterized the pedagogical practice as inclusive, show the relevance of the teacher's permanent formation to work with the diversity present in the classroom, considering the singularities of the Educational demands of students. That is, The training that enables him to work in the perspective of an education aimed at all students, regardless of the educational needs they present, which will always be specific and therefore should always considered special.pt_BR
