Convergências e divergências entre o desempenho no ENEM e no Vestibular da UnB

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as convergências e divergências entre o desempenho no ENEM e no Vestibular da UnB. Essa temática se torna importante pela relevância que o ENEM vem assumindo na sociedade, ainda pelo fato de a Universidade de Brasília estar em um momento de transição da substituição do vestibular por esse exame. Os dados utilizados na pesquisa foram cedidos pela Universidade de Brasília e são compostos por três amostras de participantes em ambos ou em apenas um dos exames. Foram analisados os desempenhos dos participantes que realizaram ambos os certames e foi encontrada uma correlação significativa entre os resultados. Todavia, o resultado na redação do ENEM não apresentou relação forte com o argumento final do Vestibular da UnB. Quanto ao grau de dificuldade, verificou-se que o Vestibular da UnB apresentou menor quantitativo de participantes com alto nível de proficiência do que o ENEM. Conclui-se que, embora as provas sejam diferenciadas e possuam concepções e objetivos diferentes, há uma relativa convergência entre os resultados das duas provas, mas não há correlação quanto à redação. ___________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the convergences and divergences between the performance ENEM and Vestibular UNB. This issue becomes important for the relevance that ENEM has assumed in society, yet because of the University of Brasília be in a transition moment of the entrance exam for this exam. The data used in the research were provided by the University of Brasília and consist of three samples of participants on both or only one of the tests. We analyzed the performance of the participants who underwent both contests and found a significant correlation between the results. However, the result in writing ENEM showed no strong relationship with the final argument of the Vestibular UNB. The degree of difficulty, it was found that the Vestibular UNB showed lower levels of participants with a high level of proficiency than ENEM. It is concluded that although the evidence is different and have different views and goals, there is a relative convergence between the results of the two tests, but there is no correlation to the wording.
